Assuming that you are visiting Brescia you should book a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Good location, anything is within walking distance. Staff are tremendous friendly and useful and talk wonderful English. You’ll find activities just about every night and it´s a very good way to meet persons. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was my bed for being somewhat noisy but that’s incredibly minor. Wonderful value for the money!
